Strategic advisory

IDENTIFY & DELIVER

DM can provide strategic advice to identify and deliver the best route to securing consents for major infrastructure projects. Our team has extensive experience of the consenting process to support you in developing the project programme, identifying dependencies and mapping out potential risks from an early stage.

We can provide early-stage advice on whether your project meets thresholds as an NSIP and provide clear recommendations on how different routes to consent could be utilised to meet the project objectives.

READINESS REVIEW

DM can provide senior level review of your DCO 'readiness' at different stages of the process.

We will undertake reviews of your programme and draft documents against required DCO deliverables.

Our audit can identify any gaps in your evidence base. Then, we will test the draft application against the relevant National Policy Statement (NPS) and legislation.

Integration as ONETEAM

As a leader in the Lands and Geomatics sectors, our Major Projects Team is able to draw on significant DCO experience in these areas.

As ONETEAM, DM will integrate Land, Geomatics, Planning and Stakeholder Engagement teams into the Design and Construction teams. This will reduce the interface risk and enhance project delivery. We can embed within your existing team or provide an integrated DCO Delivery team to deliver robust consents.
